1Acceptance of Terms

By using our website (www.namotech.in) or engaging Namotech for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2Services Provided

Namotech provides the following engineering services across India and internationally:

• Consultancy & Design: structural, architectural, MEP, BIM, bridge design, PMC, DPR preparation, cost estimation
• Laboratory Testing: NABL-accredited material testing (Certificate No. TC-7290)
• Surveys & Investigations: geotechnical, topographic, drone, land surveys, field testing
• Safety Audits: road safety, building, fire, electrical, petrol pump, structural audits

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are governed by the individual contract or work order signed with the client.

3Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that may damage, disable or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its servers
• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form

4Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, designs, drawings, reports, methodologies and trademarks — is the property of Namotech Consultancy Services LLP or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Engineering designs, drawings and reports prepared for clients remain Namotech's intellectual property until full payment is received, after which usage rights are transferred per the engagement contract.

5Reports & Test Certificates

All technical reports, test certificates, designs and recommendations issued by Namotech are:

• Issued in good faith based on data, samples and information available at the time
• Valid only for the specific scope, sample, location and conditions described in the report
• NABL test certificates are issued only for the specific samples tested and shall not be reproduced (except in full) without our written approval
• Subject to standard codes (IS, IRC, BS, ASTM, etc.) prevailing at the time of issuance

6Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Namotech are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete project information, drawings and site access
• Obtaining necessary statutory clearances and approvals
• Site safety during field investigations, testing and supervision visits
• Timely review and approval of submitted designs/reports
• Settling payments per agreed terms
• Notifying Namotech of any change in scope, site conditions or requirements

7Limitation of Liability

Namotech delivers services with professional care, technical expertise and best engineering practice. However, to the extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that specific engagement
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by client, force majeure events, government action, weather or third-party defaults
• Engineering advice is based on professional judgement; clients should obtain independent verification where required

8Confidentiality

Namotech maintains strict confidentiality of client information, project data, drawings and reports. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulatory authority.

Where formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are required — especially for third-party investigations, forensic audits or sensitive projects — we will execute mutually agreed NDAs prior to commencement of work.

9Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement contracts. Standard practice includes:

• Advance payment as per agreed milestones
• Progress payments based on deliverables
• Final balance on submission of final reports/certificates
• Applicable taxes (GST) charged extra at prevailing rates
• Delayed payments may attract interest as per agreement

NABL test certificates and original reports are released only upon receipt of full payment.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or services rendered by Namotech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Both parties shall first attempt amicable resolution; failing that, disputes may be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
